STORING AND TRANSFERRING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

All personal information we collect will be stored on secure servers. All electronic transaction entered into via our Website will be protected by SSL encryption technology.
DATABASE PROVISION
If using one of our services which relates to transfer of your clients personal data – this remains solely owned by our client. It will never be used, sold or marketed to by Virtual Innovation Group Limited. At the completion of any service this data is destroyed for your safety. An NDA agreement is also available on request to insure an added level of security.
DATA COLLECTION
Our service offers a lead capture facility, with leads being passed through our secure servers to you. This data is stored against your account and is fully visible in the ‘Entries’ section of your ShareThis.Video dashboard. This data is for your sole use and at termination of our service is securely disposed of.
COMPETITIONS
In certain circumstances personal data is used for competitions that you run with your clients. A winner is randomly selected. You are notified if your client has been chosen directly and you are the sole point of contact. For further information on competitions please use the contact details at the bottom of this policy.
OUR POLICY TOWARDS CHILDREN
The Services are intended to be used by adults and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below so that we can take steps to remove such information and terminate any account your child has created with us.
