Terms of trade

Who you are contracting with

Your subscription is with Virtual Innovation Group Limited, a New Zealand registered company trading as ShareThis.Video. These terms sit alongside our terms.

Pricing and GST

• Self sent membership is $99 per month including GST, which covers the newsletter creator, the video library and your branded video landing pages.
• Done for you membership is $149 per month including GST. That is everything in Self sent, and we update your database, send the email and send you a report.
• Your first month is $1, whichever plan you choose. After that first month you are billed the monthly price above until you cancel.
• All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST at the rate current at the time of invoicing.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance from the date you sign up. Your billing date each month is the same date you started.

If a payment fails we will let you know and try again. If it remains unpaid we may suspend access until it is settled. We would always rather talk to you than switch anything off, so please get in touch if something is wrong.

Your first month, and our money back guarantee

Your first month is $1, whichever plan you pick. A full month, everything switched on, for a dollar.

After that, if your first paid month is not worth it, tell us within 30 days of that payment and you will get a full refund of it. So the most you can ever be out of pocket is the dollar.

We call it a questions asked guarantee, because we will ask you for feedback. Our biggest goal is to build the best service in the advice market and we cannot do that without hearing what did not work. You do not have to answer, and it does not affect your refund.

Cancelling

• There are no long term contracts and no notice period. You are not locked in.
• If you pay by card, cancel yourself under Settings, Your membership. It takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you can change your mind any time before that.
• If we invoice you rather than charging a card, send us a note from the same place, or email team@virtualinnovation.co.nz, and we will confirm the date your billing stops.
• You keep access until the end of your final paid period. Newsletters already scheduled inside that period will still send.
• Outside the 30 day guarantee period we do not refund part months.

Price changes

If we change our prices we will give existing customers at least 30 days notice by email before the new price applies to you. If a price rise does not suit, you can cancel on the usual notice.

What is included

• Access to the full video library for as long as you subscribe.
• New videos as they are added, at no extra cost.
• The newsletter creator and export to Mailchimp.
• Your branded video landing pages and the website embed.
• Support by email and phone during New Zealand business hours.

Your own Mailchimp account, if you use one, is billed by Mailchimp separately and is not part of your subscription with us.

Your content and ours

Our videos and content stay ours, and your licence to use them runs for as long as your subscription does. Your logo, your branding and the words you write stay yours. The detail is in our terms, including the important point that you use our content at your own risk and remain responsible for deciding whether it is right for your clients.

Which law applies

These terms of trade are governed by New Zealand law. Where you are subscribing for the purposes of a business, the guarantees in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 do not apply, as set out in our terms.
